You shall specify the specified services under your service agreement.

Client Obligations

It is important for you as a client to ensure the provision of correct and comprehensive information about your immigration case. Lastly, you must abide by all other relevant laws, rules, or procedures that govern your immigration matter.

Fees And Payment

The fees of our immigration consultant are itemized on your service agreement. It will detail how the payment will be made. Any other expenses, such as government fees, court fees, or translation services, will be borne by the client.

Refund Policy

If your services contract includes a refund policy, it should be included in the contract.

Confidentiality

All client information will remain confidential and private to the Company. Nevertheless, the Company may be obliged to disclose some information under legal obligations, for instance, by governments.

Termination

The service contract is terminable by either party as per the stated provisions of the agreement.

Limitation Of Liability

The Company will strive to provide accurate and timely data. Still, there is no assurance for the approval of your immigration application because it may be affected by other elements out of our reach, like government decisions.

Governing Law

Intellectual Property

Indemnification

Amendments

The best migration agency is entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will inform clients of any amendments, and their continued services shall be deemed as accepting the revised terms.

Entire Agreement

This agreement comprises the full understanding of the parties and overrides any previous agreements or understandings.
