This visa is issued for a maximum period of 4 years and cannot be renewed. It is issued for a period of not more than 3 years to a corporate entity to employ a defined number of skilled/semi-skilled or under-skilled workers. Along with the documents that need to be submitted with the application form, the applicant has to submit a certificate from the Department of Labour, proof of registration of the entity with the South African Revenue Service, Compensation Fund for Occupational Injuries, Unemployment Insurance Fund and Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission. The applicant for the corporate visa has to submit proof that 60% of the total employees are permanent resident citizens and permanently employed in different positions.

  1. Study Visa

Along with the enrolment letter from the university has to be submitted, and the consent of the parents is also needed if the applicant is less than 18 years of age. The holder of a study visa can work for 20 hours per week.
